At 3000 theater seats, this venue is the largest of its kind in Branson, MO, which opens the door to new entertainment opportunities that we simply could not accommodate in the past. We seat 1,038 on the Floor, 910+ in the Mezzanine section, and 985+ in the Balcony. The Mansion’s lobby is spacious with a soaring ceiling, magnificent staircase, and beautiful ambiance. Its stage measures in at 76’ feet wide by 58’ deep, with ample wing space and top of the line lighting and sound. The Proscenium is 76’ wide x 22’ high, and with a 76’ grid height and 45 line sets, there isn’t much that the Mansion cannot accommodate. The Mansion concert series has welcomed many artists over the years including The Oak Ridge Boys, Neal McCoy, Grand Funk Railroad, Home Free, Sawyer Brown, Little River Band, Three Dog Night, America, Kenny Rogers, Wynonna, Charlie Daniels, Johnny Mathis, Tony Orlando, The Bellamy Brothers, Dailey & Vincent, Jeff Foxworthy, Michael Bolton, Marshall Tucker Band, Scotty McCreery, Clint Black, and we are home to Dennis Quaid and the Sharks. In addition to our concert activities we offer The Mansion Theatre for rental and host sporting and scholastic competitions and several gospel gatherings and events.
